Bose Unveils New SoundTrue and SoundSport Headphones
Today, Bose unveils its new SoundTrue in-ear headphones and SoundSport in-ear headphones, each offering superior audio reproduction, features that are ideal for mobile devices, and a variant for select Apple iPod, iPhone and iPad models and Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
Bose SoundTrue
The SoundTrue in-ear headphones and SoundSport in-ear headphones use exclusive TriPort technology to deliver full, balanced sound that conventional earbuds can’t match. The music you love sounds smooth and rich, with detail and clarity. Both headphones also feature proprietary Bose StayHear tips that spread contact evenly across the ears and conform to their shape, creating a comfortable, secure fit for hours of on-the-go listening.
Bose SoundTrue in-ear
Select SoundTrue and SoundSport in-ear headphones are equipped with an inline remote and microphone that seamlessly integrates with select Apple iPod, iPhone and iPad models, and Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets, making it easy to talk hands-free, control tracks and volume, and switch between calls and music.
Bose SoundSport
The new Bose SoundSport in-ear headphones replace the SIE2 and SIE2i headphones, and are engineered specifically for exercise. The microphone and remote are positioned to resist sweat and water better than their predecessors, and the acoustic ports are covered with a hydrophobic cloth that keeps moisture out while letting sound pass through. The headphones feature a robust cable construction for strength and flexibility. They are available in Blue and Orange (for Apple compatible models) and Green (for both Apple and Samsung compatible models). A lightweight and durable sport case is included for easy transport.
The new Bose SoundTrue in-ear headphones replace the IE2, MIE2 and MIE2i headphones. They come in several color variants: Black, White and Cranberry (for Apple compatible models and Audio only models) and Black (for Samsung compatible models). A matching carrying case is included for added protection.
Pricing And Availability
The SoundTrue in-ear headphones will be available from Bose for $99.95 (Audio only model) and $129.95 (Apple and Samsung compatible models). The SoundSport in-ear headphones will be available from Bose for $149.95 (Apple and Samsung compatible models).
They’re available beginning September 25, 2014, and will be sold at Bose retail stores, Bose.com, authorized Bose dealers and toll free at 1-800-444-BOSE (2673).
